WHY QUADBEAM SENSORS?


Quadbeam Sensors have been specifically developed to meet the unique requirements of the dairy process. We understand the importance of accuracy in your operations; therefore Quadbeam sensors use the Four Beam ratio-metric self-compensating process. This allows you to measure only solids in the liquid, not what is stuck to the surface of the sensor. A range of sensors in available to best measure the level of solids you require, allowing you to achieve greater accuracy, and therefore increased control and efficiency.

Unlike other sensors, Quadbeam sensors will not encounter leaks with a rapid change in temperature during CIP cycles. Quadbeam Hygienic Sensors are 3A Sanitary Standards Accredited and can be used for both direct in-line process control in hygienic processes or for constantly monitoring waste or the non-hygienic line. Temperature resistance of standard range suits standard CIP temperatures. High Temperature resistant Sensors available for temperatures up to 105°C.

Quadbeam sensors have an easy user interface with 9 point lineariser to ensure simple set up and excellent accuracy. They can be calibrated to suit the product being monitored in your plant to ensure the most relevant data for your operations.

0 to 40% Milk Fat

High Solid Levels.


S20 SUSPENDED SOLIDS SENSOR RANGE

0 to 20% Milk Fat

Most commonly used Sensor in wide range of applications including Water/Product Interface, Solids Recover, CIP Control, Fat % monitoring, Separator Control, Loss Monitoring.


S40 SUSPENDED SOLIDS SENSOR RANGE

0 to 1.5% Milk Fat

Low levels of Milk Fat. For monitoring CIP return, Filter Breakthrough.


T30 IN LINE PROCESS TURBIDITY METER RANGE

0 to 50 to 0 to 1000 NTU

Very low levels of solids. Commonly used in Condensate Monitoring, Heat Exchanger Breakthrough, Final Effluent Release, Storm Water Run-off.
